Head Shed Success!

During Mental Health Awareness Week, Garon Park Shed hosted the renowned Essex comic, John Ryan, who gave his sideways look at health and wellbeing to raise awareness of the issues around mental health.

The event at The Boundary in Garon Park, Southend, was attended by nearly 50 people who enjoyed the excellent buffet lunch provided by The Hog Roast Company, and also shared laughter, amazement and personal experiences with each other to make it a memorable event.
